Class Overview
Each individual will sit down with one of world renowned coaches for an in depth success session. We will dive into past successes, failures, and create a success plan for the path ahead. You will also go through a physical assessment. Which is a postural/mobility screening to locate muscular imbalances and trouble areas. Then you will be ready to undergo our 45 minute fat burning workouts. These classes are held in the morning on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 am, 6:30 am and 8:30 am and are sure to get you to shed those unwanted pounds. There are evening classes also available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:15 pm and 6:15 pm. There is an additional Saturday morning class at 8:15 am. These classes are led by our world renowned coaching staff and workouts are progressed/regressed on individual ability/limitations. Try it today!
